Mark Quirk
Mark is an accomplished entrepreneur and the founder of Ultimate Pool.
Driven by a passion to modernize the sport and create new opportunities for players, he launched Ultimate Pool in 2020 with a vision to bring pool to a global audience.
As Chairman, Mark leads the organization’s growth into new markets and oversees its mission to elevate the sport and build a thriving, inclusive community for players at every level.
Scott Ryan
Scott is a proven leader in the billiards industry with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
As former Commercial Director at Ultimate Pool Group, he transformed the sport’s commercial landscape — reshaping sponsorships, forging global partnerships, and expanding broadcasts to 66 countries.
Now as CEO of Ultimate Pool USA, he leads strategic growth across the U.S. market, building sustainable pathways for the sport’s future and championing youth development through initiatives like the NXT Gen Series.
Jordan Chavoush
Jordan is an accomplished business professional with a strong background in finance and organizational growth.
As President, he oversees the financial operations of Ultimate Pool USA, playing a crucial role in the company’s expansion and long-term success.
Since inception Jordan has been a key figure in the wider Ultimate Pool journey and combines his leadership role in the USA with his position as Managing Director of the Ultimate Pool Group, ensuring alignment across the organization and driving continued growth on a global scale.
Simon Webb
Simon brings extensive experience as a sports broadcaster, commentator, and former professional pool player. Combining deep game knowledge with a passion for delivering world-class events, he plays a key role in shaping Ultimate Pool USA’s leagues and open tournaments. His background in broadcasting and business leadership gives him a unique perspective on growing the sport both on and off the table.
Nate Cain
Nate brings nearly two decades of sales experience to Ultimate Pool USA, leading the growth and expansion of new leagues across the country. His expertise in building strong relationships and driving business development plays a key role in the continued success of the organization. In addition to overseeing league sales nationwide, Nate also serves as the Kansas City League Operator, bringing firsthand experience and local insight to his leadership role.
Jaymee Clark
Jaymee plays a key role in the growth and success of the Ultimate Pool USA league system, working closely with operators to support the development and smooth running of their leagues. She also trains and mentors new operators, helping them build strong leagues and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. With a hands-on approach and deep knowledge of grassroots competition, Jaymee ensures operators are supported at every stage. Alongside her national role, she also runs the Oklahoma City League, bringing valuable on-the-ground experience to the wider Ultimate Pool community.
